US President Joe Biden held a meeting with the leaders of Canada, Japan, Europe, and NATO on the Russia-Ukraine war.
“President Biden discussed Russia’s unwarranted attack on Ukraine with our partners and allies.” the White House said in a statement.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Prime Minister Olaf Scholz, Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi, Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio, Polish President Andrej Duda, Romanian President Klaus Iohannis, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, President of the European Council Charles Michel and NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg attended.
On the other hand, Elvira Nabiullina, President of the Central Bank of Russia, held a press conference after the extensive sanctions against Russia and made statements about the measures and regulations they took. Nabiullina said they will use FMS as an alternative for the SWIFT ban.
