Putin signed a decree banning the export of products and raw materials to unfriendly individuals and organizations.
According to the decree signed by Putin and published in the country’s legal information system, counter-sanctions were issued against some foreign countries that took “unfriendly” steps. Exports of products and raw materials to persons and organizations that Russia has sanctioned are prohibited. In addition, It is prohibited to do business with people and organizations that Russia has sanctioned.
According to the decree, the Russian government will prepare the list of persons and institutions to be sanctioned within ten days.
